(Senior faculty of Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute)

March 20, 2020 @ 6:30 pm – March 22, 2020 @ 4:00 pm

This workshop has been postponed until further notice due to heath concerns related to the current health situation.

Explore what resistance is, how it gets in the way, how it serves us and how we can help our clients move beyond it.

This two-and-a-half day action-workshop covers psychodrama and sociodrama interventions that go with the resistance, honour our client’s defences and are attuned to sociometry, creating the safety that helps change barriers into open doors.

The methods taught here will encourage individuals and groups to warm up to spontaneity, healing and change. This workshop will integrate concepts from Motivational Interviewing and the Stages of Change.

Who is it for?

This workshop is especially useful for those working with adolescentsthe chemically dependent and clients who act out.

  • Doubling in group and individual work
  • The power of Role Reversal

  • The Angle of Choice
