Monday Evening Psychodrama Group

Psychodrama is a humanistic and action-oriented method of group psychotherapy. It is a method that encourages spontaneity and creativity in the many roles in our lives. In a psychodrama group participants engage with each other as they share situations in their lives experientially, facilitated by the group leader. Members of the group weave a supportive tapestry with each other as they explore their stories together, healing old wounds, witnessing each other’s dreams and helping move forward with courage.
