NBCC Continuing Education Hours are accepted by many states for Professional Counselors, Mental Health Counselors, Social Worker and Family & Marriage Therapists.
NJ LPATs: NJ accepts NBCC CE hours.
Many states also accept NYS approved CE Hours. Check with your licensing board!
CE availability and hours are noted on each workshop’s webpage. Please check each workshop to ensure that it is supplying the CE’s that you are seeking. It is the attendee’s responsibility to determine if his/her licensing or credentialing agency will accept the workshop’s CEs for credentialing, re-certification or licensure maintenance.
Fees for CE certificates are $25, $30 for two days and longer, for each NBCC, NYS LC/MSW, NYS LMHC, LMFT & LCAT CE certificate. Certificates for Psychodrama training hours & NYS OASAS CASAC CE’s are provided free of charge.
Hudson Valley Psychodrama,LLC has been certified by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6789. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Hudson Valley Psychodrama, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.
NYS Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists: HVPI offers NYS CE in collaboration with CONNECTIONS COUNSELING PLLC : Courses have been approved by the New York State Education Department to sponsor continuing education for NYS social workers (#SW-0747) and mental health counselors (#MHC-0272), and marriage and family therapists (#MFT-0115)
NYS Creative Arts Therapists: HVPI offers NYS CE in collaboration with WATER & STONE, A CREATIVE ARTS THERAPY PLLC which is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed creative arts therapists. #CAT-0017
NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELORS: Hudson Valley Psychodrama is an approved provider of Continuing Education Hours for NYS OASAS.
Hudson Valley Psychodrama’s programs offer training hours for certification by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. Hours count towards credentialing by the American Society for Experiential Therapy and the North American Association for Drama Therapy.
