Psychodrama is a humanistic and action-oriented method of group psychotherapy. It is a method that encourages spontaneity and creativity in the many roles in our lives. In a psychodrama group we can explore our pasts, our presents and our futures in a safe and supportive environment, healing old wounds and moving forward with courage.
